There is a lot to like about 32Red. The customer service, however, is not one of the standouts. In fact, being candid, it could do with a bit of work.
Accessing the "help centre" is far from straightforward as it is, which is a terrible starting place. There is no obvious "contact us" option on the site with the customer support buried under the "About Us" section.
Once you have located that section, you'll find a reasonable FAQ to help you self-serve. If you cannot find what you need, there is the option of a 24/7 chat feature. You do have to navigate through a bot in the first instance, but this is easily done if you request a human operator.
The lack of an email or phone contact option is a shame but unfortunately, it's not all that uncommon anymore.
