Ladbrokes scores 3.83 out of 5.00 in LyzeScore™ and is an excellent choice for players who want a trusted name in the UK. The perks include a library of 6,444 games, a £5 minimum deposit (PayPal, Paysafe, Apple Pay, etc), instant withdrawals (tested), and an excellent array of promotions.

After spending some time playing on Ladbrokes, I think it’s a great site overall. Being part of Entain Group, you can expect a high level of service and quality here. It’s easy to use, feels safe, and offers so many features.
The good parts are a large game library (6,444 titles), a great collection of payment methods, and a wide range of promotions in all niches. I was also impressed by their rapid withdrawal times.
On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed that customer support can be slow at times. They also lack advanced game search filters, which makes it difficult to navigate their game collection.
It’s not the flashiest casino, but it works well and is reliable. Our editorial score of 4.00 makes it one of the best casinos we have seen in the UK. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants something steady and easy to trust, especially if you already use Ladbrokes.
Ladbrokes offers about 6,444 games in total. Slots make up most of them, and there’s a big live casino section with exclusive tables. The games come from popular providers like Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, and Evolution Gaming.
There isn't a dedicated game section for crash games, but they do have those games. To find them, you just have to type a keyword like 'plinko', 'crash', or 'mines' in the search. Bingo and Poker categories are also available, aside from the usual casino games. With internal tokens, you can also play Arcade games.
There is also a sportsbook on Ladbrokes, which we believe is powered by Amelco. This sportsbook provider has partnered with the world's biggest operators, including SkyBet, Betfair, Paddy Power and Tote. There isn't much to say about the quality at this point. A comprehensive range of betting markets, sports coverage and low margins are a few of the obvious highlights here.
We checked the Return to Player rate of popular games at Ladbrokes. Gates of Olympus has 96.50%, Tome of Madness has 96.00%, and 777 Super Stroke has 95.70% here, which makes the average 96.07%. This is 2.11% higher than the market average in our database.
On mobile, the casino looks clean and loads fast. The menu is easy to understand; you can find Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, and Jackpots right away.
The search bar works fine, though there aren’t many filters to sort games by bet size or game volatility. It's pretty disappointing that they lack an advanced game search function. It's not easy to find a new game from such a vast portfolio.
Ladbrokes is packed with bonuses and promotions for casino players. Wagering requirements on bonuses used to be pretty high, but that is no longer an issue thanks to regulatory changes in the UK that came into effect in mid-January 2026.
New players are eligible for the welcome package. They can get 100 free spins with no wagering requirements for £10. This is a big advantage to begin with, since the UK market is leaning more towards bonus spins with wagering requirements lately.
Once you are a regular player, LadBucks and Club Ladbrokes are something you can look forward to on a daily basis.
| Casino | Welcome Offer | Bonus Code | Get Bonus | |

| Casino Offer Bet £10 Get 100 Free Spins on Multiple Slots | No code required | Get Bonus | 18+. New Casino players only. Deposit (certain types excluded) and Bet £10+ on Slots games to get 100 Free Spins (selected games, value £0.10 each, 48 hrs to accept, valid for 7 days). Restrictions and T&Cs apply. |
Ladbrokes offers small weekly deals like free spins, prize draws, and game tournaments. They’re easy to join and add a bit of extra fun, even if the rewards aren’t very big. You can expect light, simple promos that show up each week.
At the time of this review, there are several ongoing promotions in the Free to Play section, which is more than enough for regular players to take advantage of.
Club Ladbrokes is a rewards card scheme that is available for free to all Ladbrokes players. To join, you must register at the Shop counter. The scheme comes with fascinating benefits, including:
There’s a points system for regular players (LadBucks). You can collect points by playing these free games: instant spins and Live/Slots contests. You can also increase your point balance by playing on 'Arcade' games.
The points can be exchanged for various rewards, including free spins, cash, bonuses, free bets, and bingo.
You can also gamble with your LadBucks on a casino basis, for free, of course, but it's still gambling with your rewards, which isn't ideal if you're looking to take a break.
Sadly, there isn’t a VIP club or extra rewards for high rollers. I've used the LadBucks point system on many occasions, and as much as it's fun to try and increase your LadBuck tally, the rewards for how many you collect might be a bit basic and take a while to accumulate (5000 LadBucks = £5 credit).
Ladbrokes makes payments easy by offering all the usual UK options with a low minimum deposit. The payment collection includes Visa or Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, or other popular e-wallets, and even use a regular bank transfer if you prefer. The amount you can deposit in a single transaction ranges from £5 to £2,000.
When it comes to withdrawals, there is no fee and the processing time is quick. Their standard withdrawal time is supposed to take between 1 and 3 days, but most withdrawals landed instantly in our testing.

There’s a Ladbrokes Casino app for both iPhone and Android, plus a mobile site that works just as well if you don’t want to install anything. The user ratings are pretty high on both App Store and Google Play: 4.7 from 99k reviews and 4.1 from 27.7k reviews, respectively.
The app has the same layout as the website. You can log in with your fingerprint or Face ID, which is nice. It works smoothly for most games, though it can lag a little with live casino tables. It’s not fancy, but it’s practical and easy to use.

You can reach support by live chat or email. The live chat button is in your account menu and usually connects in a few minutes. My experience was ok, but sometimes the bot gave short answers. If you have a complicated issue, you might need to follow up or wait longer.
There’s no phone line, but the live chat and email do the job for most things. Ladbrokes also lets players contact support through Facebook, X, and Instagram messages. This is something most casinos don’t offer and is actually useful.
Ladbrokes makes it easy to stay in control with responsible gambling tools. You can set limits, take breaks, or exclude yourself completely. The tools are easy to find in your account settings. They also have a comprehensive section about responsible gaming.
The tools you can use at Ladbrokes include:
They also link to support services like BeGambleAware, GamCare, GamStop, and GamProtect, which are great for anyone who needs help.
Average rating: 5.0 from 1 users. Happy or frustrated? We want to know! We welcome all feedback, but please keep it civil. Reviews containing profanity or abuse will be removed.
