The second "failed" deposit, had indeed made its way from our bank account to our ICE36 account.
This may have been only a temporary issue, but it's worth keeping in mind that problems like this can occur at online casinos. Before making another deposit, try logging out or refreshing the page, even if the error message says the transaction has "failed."
