We have cast our eyes into the darkest corners of Virgin Bet with our ratings score it at 3.43 out of 5.00.
Clearly, there is some serious work for Virgin Bet to do to improve its standing, for our money. So, where does the platform really fall down?
Well, there are two core areas where it really struggles. The first is with customer service, purely because you have a fight on your hands to get to a human point of contact. The other is the game RTP. It comes in well short of industry averages.
The promotions on offer, payment methods and overall usability of the site, however, are fine. We cover everything in more detail below.
Virgin Bet Casino Overview
From a quantity perspective, you have around 2,164 games to play. This isn't a huge pool of games compared to the other casinos we reviewed, albeit probably enough to keep your average punter satisfied.
The live casino, however, accounts for over 200 of those titles, which is a big haul of live tables. Both sides of the casino sees big name titles featuring as well.

Wagering Requirement
There have been some relatively recent changes to the use of wagering requirements in the UK limiting the maximum to 10x. At Virgin Bet, they do better than that.
There are no wagering requirements attached to its welcome bonus. The 100 spins themselves, which are valued at 10p each, are not withdrawable to cash but any winnings earned from the spins are instantly credited to your balance. At this point, the funds can be withdrawn, or re-wagered on alternative games.

Free Games

The customer support on offer at Virgin Bet is okay - depending what you're looking for.
It splits into two components. Both are accessible under your account section. It depends what section you go to as to how good your experience will be.
First, you have a "Help & Information" page. This is a self-help page and is very good. You have a range of FAQ subjects, which are sectioned off well, whilst also featuring a search function.
There are also separate pages that cover off very specific elements, such as sport and bonus rules, as well as detailing the Virgin Bet terms and conditions and cookie policy, to name just a few elements.
There is then the "Contact Us" page. This is really poor. Your only contact option is via a live chat function, which sees you connected to an AI-bot. This is not uncommon in the industry but chatbots have different levels of success. At Virgin Bet, it's almost impossible to get put through to a human. That is a real problem.
Virgin Bet Responsible Gaming
You can access the Virgin Bet Responsible Gaming page via your account, and then navigating to the "Safer Gambling" option.
The page layout here is excellent. Your sole focus is forced to be on responsible gambling, with no visibility of any other area of the casino.
