We have put BetVictor under the microscope and our ratings score it at 3.43 out of 5.00.
Coming in at 3.43, it is fair to say that it is a platform that is positioned in the "above average to good" category. The all round usability of the site and the approach it takes to responsible gambling are particularly impressive.
On the flipside, the customer service and available payment options are two areas that don't quite hit the straps.
BetVictor Casino Overview
The first thing you will likely observe when navigating to the BetVictor casino is the way it displays to you from a design angle.
The casino is split into two components - a "casino" and a "live casino". The two share similarities but also present slightly differently. Both areas of the site boast a search box, a "Favourites" section and a "Categories" button, which enables you to filter games in a range of different ways, including by theme, supplier and, in the casino section, game volatility. Beneath that you will find a scrollable, horizontal menu bar.
From there, they take on different feels. The traditional casino presents round-edged game tiles, larger in length than width. They run three tiles wide, leaving plenty of space between each game. In the live casino, BetVictor opts for a more square-sized game tile, albeit still with rounded corners. They are only two wide. It means you are less likely to miss-click on the live casino. Both look neat, though.
As for the games that are on offer, you have exclusive game titles, as well as plenty of widely recognised games coming from top software providers. All told, there are in excess of 3,800 games. Close to 200 of them come out of the live casino section. It means both run above average in terms of game quantity.

The banking options that are offered at BetVictor leave us in somewhat of a quandary.
On the one hand, you can deposit funds fee-free from as little as £5. That isn't market leading in terms of minimum deposits but certainly ranks strongly, with only few operators offering a preferential entry point for punters.
The other hand, which isn't as positive, looks at the payment methods available for use. Apple Pay and Google Pay are adventurous as it gets in respect of modern payment methods, with your only other options being debit cards, Visa and Mastercard.

The live chat section, which runs 24/7, is probably the most important to box off. It's initially bot-generated and is a bit annoying to get put through to the customer service team.
Once passed through, the response time was around 10 minutes. We also found that we had to repeat conversations that had been held with the bot.
As for the help centre, that's just a FAQ section. It's decent though. You have a search bar to target help articles, whilst the page structure is strong. There are 10 categories featuring well over 200 help guides.
