After completing our Dragon Bet review, we have awarded it 2.71 out of 5.00 on our rating scale. The score was chiefly dragged down by its small game library of only 900 titles, which is disappointing.
That makes Dragon Bet very much in the "meh" category but there are some peaks and troughs of quality across the areas we have reviewed.
The payment options available to punters, for instance, are good. The variety of banking methods aren't huge but a £1 minimum deposit is amongst the very best in the business, which is a common feature for Playbook-powered casinos.

Dragon Bet Casino Overview
Dragon Bet operates across both the sports and casino markets, with the latter being our focus here. The casino operation is split across two areas, which are accessible from a horizontal ribbon that runs across the bottom of the page.
The two sections in question are the "Casino" and "Live Casino". Whilst they are accessed through a different button on the menu ribbon, the structure of the sections are highly comparable. That consistency is good for usability.
The positives of navigation don't stop there, though. Across the top of the game lobby there is a horizontal scrollbar that enables category navigation, with each option clearly laid out and easy to interact with.
That leads us nicely into the game library itself. The look and feel of the casino and live casino lobbies are sound. Game tiles are large and responsive to interactions and they "pop" nicely against the all black background. The downside is the number of games, which sits at around 800. That is below average but, to be fair, still offering a decent variety.

Dragon Bet Mobile App
Launching in 2024, it is perhaps unsurprising that Dragon Bet offers a mobile app for its customers. That said, it does somewhat feel like a box ticking exercise.
The app itself isn't bad, it just does not offer any additional functionality from the browser version. If, however, you do decide to download the app, you can do so knowing it won't take up much storage on your device.
The iOS app is only 23.1MB and comes with a solid but unspectacular app store rating of 3.3 out of 5.00. That rating should be taken with a slight word of caution, however, owing to the fact it is only based on a small sample size of reviews.

The Customer Support on offer at Dragon Bet is pretty strong, with the only note of real criticism being the fact it doesn't offer a telephone number for contact. To be honest, though, that is true of a lot of casino operators in 2026.
Beyond that, what you have is solid. Your likely first port of call will be the site FAQ, which is reasonably extensive both in the number of questions and the depth of the answers provided.
You then have the ability to interact with a live chat function. The initial contact here is bot led, which taps you into another stage of "self-help" but, critically, if you want to speak to a human, doing so is incredibly easy.
Our tests of the live chat function saw us put through to a human within one question of the AI-driven chat, with the wait time a matter of seconds and the responses we received the other end were prompt, polite and detailed.
A minor point is that the live chat isn't 24/7, operating between 09:00 and 22:30. There is also an email address you can contact.
