Dream Vegas customer service is easy to reach, although wait times can be longer during busy hours. One positive point is that the live chat does not start with a bot, which is quite rare among online casinos today. There is also a detailed Help Centre available through the “Chat with us” button, where players can find answers to common questions about withdrawals, bonuses, and technical issues.
We tested the live chat to check both response time and service quality. Unfortunately, we had to wait 13 minutes after joining the queue in position 11. As casinos go, this is probably the definition of alright. It does a job, is it brilliant? No. Is it bad? No. It does a job. Not rushing to play it again, but alright sign up offer.
