That is a very middle of the road score. Our scoring system ranks various different aspects of a casino operation though so whilst the weighted position comes in at 3.29, there are aspects that over and underperform against that.
Understanding those areas of strength and weakness are important because they matter more to different people.
At Gala Spins, the standout negative is the customer support available. Although, to be more accurate, the lack of it. On the positive side, the game library and deposit options available both come in stronger than expected. Also, the Gala Spins withdrawal time test gave us instant results, which is a good sign as well.
Gala Spins Casino Overview
Gala Spins, which is perhaps best known for its bingo offering, is a striking platform. Royal blue and yellow contrast strongly on your screen, with a white base providing a nice element of "break up" from the aforementioned bold colours. The initial signs are good.
We have a couple of gripes here but let's tick off the positives first.

Under "New" games the tiles are twice as long in height as they are wide in width. In the "Exclusives" section the game tiles are more square in shape, running three-wide on a page with no horizontal scroll option. The quality of the customer support, however, is really poor. The "Contact Us" page takes you through to a FAQ page. That's pretty decent, to be fair, but going deeper than a FAQ is hard work.
We were unable to easily identify any route of human contact on the site directly. To reach out to them, you need to click on "Yes" in FAQs' Do you need any more help? and pick one of the channels available.
They claim to have private message support via Facebook, X, and Instagram but having to leave the platform to just to contact their support is not user friendly.
