If we were to sum up Mr Vegas in one phrase it would be "close, but no cigar". At the score of 3.86 from the Casinolyze team, it clearly does a lot of things very well, however, it's not quite sat in that top-tier for us.
There are a huge amount of games for punters to dabble with, alongside a pretty solid set of promotions - both for new and existing customers - whilst the payment options make the brand accessible to pretty much anyone.
Where it starts to fall down is in some areas of the site where you don't perhaps initially cast your eyes. The customer support function is probably the area most in need of a refresh.
With game library, RTP and banking methods all providing positives, though, it really does feel like a couple of strategic changes could transform Mr Vegas from a good operator into a market-leading one.

There are a number of things that are worth celebrating at Mr Vegas but, arguably, the headline point to call out is the abundances of games available. There is a lot to like about what is offered at Mr Vegas. The customer support is probably not one of them, which is a real shame.
The leading route of contact is through a contact form, which effectively ends up in email exchanges. Beyond that, you have a fairly strong reference to a "live chat" function on the site but that is bot dominated, which leads to a poor quality of response and very little human engagement.
Combine those factors together and you have a bit of a problem; in the moment support just doesn't exist.
Mr Vegas Responsible Gaming
Building on the lacking customer service, the Responsible Gaming approach taken by Mr Vegas hardly blows you away either.
Admittedly, the section is clearly signposted in the main menu and, once on the page, the layout is simple and easy to follow. Clear headings separate out key areas of content whilst an interactive contents list exists at the top of the page, meaning you're not left scrolling through pages and pages of text.
However, it's when you get into the content where frustrations arise. The content talks about different areas of support, both internally and externally, but the available tools are not obviously presented to you and nor is guidance on how to find them.
For example, deposit limits are mentioned on the main "Responsible Gaming" page, but there is no link to actually configure those options.
