The NetBet customer service function is not awful, but it is far from perfect either. On the plus side, you can contact its team through a couple of different routes - namely an email focused contact form and a live chat function - whilst the FAQ that is available on the site is very good.
On the downside, there is no telephone contact option available and, more frustratingly, the live chat is not a 24/7 service. It is only in operation between 09:00 and 23:00.
