There can be many kinds of issues when depositing at online casinos, and unfortunately, we experienced one at NetBet. When I tested Netbet, I had problems from the very start, and it took nearly two weeks before I was even able to make my first deposit.
Signing up was quick and straightforward, and initially everything appeared smooth - but that didn’t last long. The app began freezing and bugging out almost immediately.
When I first tried to deposit, I was asked to provide proof of ID and address, which I was perfectly happy to do. Unfortunately, the verification process required multiple attempts, something I’ve never experienced on other sites.
There was no explanation for this issue from their end. I assume it was just a long waiting time for my details to be confirmed, which is not ideal when playing in online casinos.
Eventually, around two weeks after my initial attempt, I was finally able to deposit.
